		<description>LMU has a pretty advanced &lt;a href="http://www.roarnetwork.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;ROAR Network&lt;/a&gt;, but their programming isn't good enough to make you want to leave it on in the background. And their RSS syndication is kind of weak. But it's not too bad all around.</description>
