Protect Yourself from Illness as the Semester Begins to Take Its Toll
This time of the semester is no fun. You’re nearing the end of the tunnel, but you’ve still got almost a month of crap to wade through before you can even think about getting there. You’re stressed, you’re doing your best just to stay awake in class because you were up all night finishing that other project, and it all just might come crashing down.
The last thing that you want to happen at this time is to fall sick. Not only will you feel like shit, but you’ll inevitably fall behind in work. Thankfully, Lifehacker has written up a great post of dos and don’ts to reduce the likelihood that you’ll catch a cold.
