Harvard University‘s recent cheating scandal has been an embarrassment for one of the nation’s greatest schools. And on Monday’s episode of The Daily Show, Jon Stewart made that fact very clear to his audience.

To refresh your memory, around 125 students were accused of cheating on a final exam at the university last year, with as many as 60 being withdrawn. The exam was take-home with students instructed to work alone, but similar answers showed that many worked together.

Upon hearing that the test was “open book, open note, open internet”, Stewart was shocked that Harvard would allow an “open internet” test.

“Is this Harvard or the University of Phoenix?” he asked, taking shots at both Harvard and the country’s largest publicly-traded institute.
