Professional Cosmetology Education Center Mission Statement: P.C.E.C., Inc. is a public, one year institution with an open door policy, providing educational programs and services for the residents of Ouachita and Union counties and surrounding areas. With a philosophy that affirms the value of education, along with an abiding belief in the worth and dignity of each individual, this institution encourages innovation, excellence, and leadership from all students along with staff members. More specifically, P.C.E.C.'s mission is to educate students for productive and fulfilling lives by providing opportunities for intellectual growth in the Cosmetology field, skill development, and specialized training to prepare students for the workplace.
