General Information About Career Care Institute Career Care Institute was in established in 1998 by Edmund Carrasco to meet the growing needs of a community and of the healthcare industry. Since then, the school has expanded to include additional campuses in Ventura (2004) California where, once again, the institution has made an impact within the community by training quality nurses, dental assistant, medical assistants and X-Ray Technicians. In additional the school has seen employment growth as well as improved its course offerings and student services considerably to help meet the students educational and employment needs. A veteran of the medical field and keenly aware of the needs in the healthcare industry, Mr. Carrasco works closely with local hospitals, chiropractor, dental offices, urgent cares, doctors and nurses and many more specialty medical offices. This in turn ensure students’ are provided with the necessary tools to successfully fill today’s health community’s increasing need for well trained and qualified health professionals.
