General Information About Los Angeles Harbor College Established in 1972, the Los Angeles Harbor College Foundation has been a key partner with Los Angeles Harbor College to promote the programs of the college. Through its ability to provide support for special projects and funding for critical needs, the Los Angeles College Foundation has been a major contributor to LAHC's growth.
