General Information About Oceanside College of Beauty Oceanside College of Beauty has been providing the next generation of beauty professionals with high-quality, hands-on training for over 40 years. Click here to learn more about our special teacher training program. Oceanside College of Beauty was founded in 1962 in downtown Oceanside, California. In 1977 we moved to our current location at 1575 South Coast Highway in Oceanside, CA. Our 7,000 square foot beauty school is full of opportunity! Our facilities include a facial classroom, freshman classroom, library, student lounge, shampoo areas, and more. We also offer a full salon clinic area where our students can hone their new skills on real clients. We offer cosmetology and teacher training programs that will help you become a licensed beauty professional. All of our instructors are fully licensed, with years of experience working in the beauty industry. Oceanside College of Beauty is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). We are actively involved in the beauty industry and in the Oceanside community, as a member of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools, the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce, and The Salon Association.
