General Information About Palo Verde College PVC Vocational Nursing Program Receives a Continued Accreditation Status through June 2014 The State of California Board of Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Technicians has awarded the Palo Verde College (PVC) Vocational Nursing (VN) Program with a Certificate of Accreditation effective June 2010 through June 2014. The VN program has had an uninterrupted accreditation status since the program’s inception in the fall of 1996. Currently, there are two avenues to earning a Vocational Nursing Certificate from PVC: the Traditional program and the Fast-Track program.
