General Information About Rob Roy Academy-Fall River Rob Roy Academy Instructor Education is an important part of our schools’ plan. Keeping our instructors motivated and up to date on new educational materials and equipment is the key to keeping students happy and well trained. * Each year instructors and school managers from our five schools attended the Cosmetology Educators of America conference held in various locations across the country. * The three day conference, is jam packed with classes for all programs of study from hair to nails and skin care. * The education provided at the conference ranges from Motivational Teaching Skills to Building Self Esteem, as well as new Chemistry of Chemical Services and Artificial Nail Products and Techniques. * One of the biggest benefits of attending educational classes of this type is that instructors get to spend time with over 900 other educators from across the country and share ideas and techniques with each other. The students of Rob Roy Academy get the benefit of shared creative ideas they bring back to the classroom.
