General Information About Vatterott College In 1969, Vatterott College began providing quality career training to students seeking career skills for a better life.Then, in 2003, Vatterott Education Centers Inc. was established as the parent company of Vatterott College, Vatterott Education Center of Dallas, L’École Culinaire and The Court Reporting Institutes. Each of these institutions takes pride in keeping up with the Vatterott tradition of providing quality education in high-demand fields and continues to grow by offering additional diploma and degree programs and launching new locations.Programs at Vatterott campuses include fields in Business, Medical, Technical, Trades, Court Reporting and Culinary.
