General Information About Regina's College of Beauty Our primary objective is to offer training that prepares the successful student to acquire the knowledge and skills to pass the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts. Our main goals and objectives are to provide instruction in the field of Cosmetology, to fulfill the North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Art requirements to be eligible to take the State licensing examination and to prepare the student for the transition from the school setting to the salon by providing them with information on the newest and latest products and techniques.
