General Information About Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County It is the Mission of The Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County (CTC) to provide students who have a specific Career Objective, and have expressed a desire for Career and Technical education, with the skills and knowledge needed for post-secondary education and entry level employment commensurate with the requirements of Industry. Further, as a Continuing Education Center, we at the Career Technology Center, shall Maintain, Develop, Augment and Pioneer programs to benefit ALL our students so they may profit from life-long learning.
