General Information About Pennsylvania Academy of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences The Pennsylvania Academy of Cosmetology is proud to announce the launch of our Esthetician Program. Our first class is scheduled to begin May 3, 2010. Students will learn to do specialized facials and skincare. In addition they will learn the basics of makeup application. They will perform these services using Dermalogica Skin Products. A graduate of this course could then take state boards and become a licensed esthetician allowing them to work in any spa or salon. This will be a 300 hour (17 week) class. Just imagine a career in less than 5 months. With the current demand for trained estheticians, this course is sure to be a success.
