General Information About Central School of Practical Nursing The Mission of Norfolk Technical Center is to ensure that its students are prepared to move immediately into the work force and/or into post secondary education. In an effort to accomplish this mission, exceptional training programs are offered in the areas of: Business and Marketing Careers Engineering and Technical Careers Fine Arts Careers Health and Human Services Careers In these programs, which are operated like actual businesses, students learn both theory and practical skills necessary to be successful in the global marketplace.
