General Information About Culpeper Cosmetology Training Center Provide students with a quality cosmetology education in order to prepare them for successful careers in the cosmetology arts and sciences, and related fields of employment. Measure effectiveness through student achievement and performance, Maintain adequate faculty qualified by preparation, education, or experience to carry out the objectives of our school. Administer fair and equitable admission standards and policies. Provide student support services including guidance and counseling referrals, as well as employment assistant.
