General Information About Skyline College ECPI Technical College is an independent, private college offering Bachelor in Information Technology degree, Associate of Applied Science degree, diploma, and certificate programs. The Baccalaureate degree is available only at the Richmond and Innsbrook campuses. The College, established in 1966, is committed to collegiate education and operates at the following locations: Richmond and Glen Allen, Virginia; and Raleigh, North Carolina. ECPI Technical College’s primary mission is to provide quality collegiate education to prepare graduates to meet the requirements of employment in business, healthcare, education, and government, including disciplines such as telecommunications, electronics, security, business, healthcare, and computer & information technology. The curriculum requires mathematics, reading, writing, and oral communication in all degree programs. Courses are designed to foster inquiry, research, analysis, and critical thinking while providing the foundation for life-long learning. A variety of effective modes of instructional delivery are used to enhance access to the College's educational programs and learning resources. The College degree programs produce well-rounded individuals with the skills, attitudes, values, and knowledge that are essential for personal and professional success. In addition, graduates are well equipped to become productive members of society. ECPI is dedicated to assisting graduates with their careers.
