In this week’s episode of Hack Tricks, it’s all about the Gmail tricks. We’re teaching you how to undo a sent email, mute unimportant or uninteresting email threads, and make Gmail more secure with a 2-step verification. Enjoy!

1. Undo your sent email.

a. Go to Gmail Settings.
b. Click on the Labs tab.
c. Scroll down to Undo Send and select the Enable button.
d. Gmail will now give you a few seconds to undo your sent message.

2. Mute conversations for email threads you’re not interested in.

a. Select email conversation.
b. Click Mute in the More Actions drop-down menu.

3. Secure Gmail with 2-step verification.

a. Click your username in the top right corner and select Account.
b. Click Security tab on the left side of the screen and then select Settings.
c. You will be required to sign into your account again.
d. Once signed in – a new window for the 2-step verification will pop up.
e. Click the Start Setup button on the bottom right of the screen and follow the step-by-step guide.
